Hash Verification
For every package that has a SHA256 button, download both files into the same folder and verify the package before using it.
Linux/macOS:
sha256sum -c downloaded-file.sha256
Windows (PowerShell):
Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 .\downloaded-file
The generated .sha256 files contain the exact filename expected by sha256sum -c. A combined artifact-hashes.txt file with all hashes is also available in the Downloads folder.
